Go ABA Materials is a digital ABA materials library and clinician-led practice tool.

The app does not require users to create an account, client profile, or learner profile.

Go ABA Materials uses third-party services, including RevenueCat, to provide subscription functionality. The app also relies on hosted infrastructure to deliver application content and digital materials.

Go ABA Materials does not require users to provide:

• an account or login
• an email address
• learner or client names
• learner or client profiles
• diagnosis information
• treatment plans
• learner photos
• learner audio recordings
• learner video recordings

Go ABA Materials is not intended to be an electronic health record or clinical recordkeeping system.

Go ABA Materials uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription access.

RevenueCat may process information associated with subscriptions, including:

• an anonymous App User ID
• purchase and subscription history
• subscription status
• entitlement status

Go ABA Materials does not provide RevenueCat with a custom identifiable App User ID such as a user's email address.

Subscription purchases and billing are processed through Apple.

Go ABA Materials and Big Search Space LLC do not directly collect or store users' payment card information.

Go ABA Materials includes clinician-led activities that may allow a user to record responses such as:

• Correct
• Incorrect
• Prompted
• No Response
• Skip

Some activities may also provide fields for optional notes.

Go ABA Materials is not intended to be used as a clinical record system.

Users should not enter learner names, diagnoses, treatment information, or other identifying or sensitive learner information into optional notes or other free-text fields.

Go ABA Materials relies on hosted infrastructure to deliver portions of the app and its digital material library.

This may involve ordinary technical communications necessary for the app to request and receive content from its hosting infrastructure.

Information processed in connection with Go ABA Materials is used to:

• operate app functionality
• verify subscription status
• provide subscription access
• deliver digital materials and application content
• maintain the reliability and security of the service

We do not use app information for targeted advertising.

Go ABA Materials does not currently integrate general-purpose behavioral analytics or advertising SDKs such as:

• Google Analytics
• Firebase Analytics
• PostHog
• advertising or attribution SDKs

RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription information to provide subscription management, entitlement functionality, and subscription-related reporting.

Go ABA Materials does not use collected app data to track users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Apple

Apple processes App Store purchases, subscriptions, billing, and subscription management. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's own privacy practices.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat helps Go ABA Materials verify purchases, manage subscription entitlements, and provide subscription access.

RevenueCat uses an anonymous App User ID for Go ABA Materials rather than a custom user identifier supplied by Go ABA Materials such as an email address.

Base44 / Hosted Infrastructure

Go ABA Materials may use Base44-hosted infrastructure and related services to support application functionality and deliver hosted app content and materials.

Go ABA Materials does not use Base44 authentication for end-user accounts or login. Base44 does not maintain individual Go ABA Materials user accounts.

Subscription-related information may be retained by RevenueCat as necessary to maintain purchase and entitlement history.

Information stored locally by the app is subject to the app and device's local storage behavior.

Hosted application content and technical infrastructure may be retained as necessary to operate Go ABA Materials.

Go ABA Materials is designed primarily for use by adults, including ABA professionals, clinicians, and caregivers.

A learner may interact with teaching materials or activities presented through the app, but Go ABA Materials does not require children to create accounts or provide personal information.

Users should not enter identifying or sensitive information about a child into free-text notes or other optional fields.

If you believe personal information about a child has been submitted through the app inappropriately, contact us at support@goabamaterials.com.

We use service providers and technical safeguards intended to protect information processed in connection with Go ABA Materials.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should avoid entering unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive learner information into the app.

Subscription cancellation and subscription management are handled through Apple.
