Terms of Use

Go ABA Materials is a digital ABA materials library and clinician-led practice tool designed to make teaching materials and activities easier to access during sessions.

The app includes digital teaching materials and activities across areas such as labeling, receptive language, matching and sorting, feature, function and class, imitation, question answering, letters and words, writing readiness, and early math concepts.

Features and available materials may change as the app is updated.

Go ABA Materials provides materials and tools that may be used by ABA professionals, caregivers, and others supporting teaching and practice activities.

Users are responsible for determining whether a particular material, activity, prompt, trial arrangement, or use of the app is appropriate for the learner and situation.

Go ABA Materials does not replace professional judgment, individualized programming, supervision, or other responsibilities of a qualified professional.

Go ABA Materials is not:

• an assessment
• a diagnostic tool
• a medical device
• an electronic health record
• a clinical data collection system
• a substitute for professional clinical judgment

The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or behavioral condition.

Information and materials provided through the app are for educational and practice purposes.

Go ABA Materials currently offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription through Apple.

The launch subscription includes:

7-day free trial, then $9.99/month

The subscription automatically renews monthly until canceled.

The applicable price and subscription terms are displayed through Apple before purchase.

Subscription purchases, billing, renewals, and account management are handled through Apple.

Big Search Space LLC does not directly collect users' payment card information.

The Go ABA Materials subscription may begin with a 7-day free trial as presented through Apple.

Unless the subscription is canceled before the trial converts to a paid subscription, it will begin renewing at the applicable monthly subscription price shown by Apple.

Apple determines purchase processing and applicable subscription eligibility through the App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Apple.

Users can manage or cancel their subscription through their Apple subscription settings.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal. Access may continue through the remainder of the applicable subscription period as determined by Apple.

Refund requests and refund eligibility are handled according to Apple's policies and applicable law.

Go ABA Materials is distributed through Apple's App Store.

Unless Big Search Space LLC provides a separate custom end-user license agreement through Apple, use of the licensed application is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

These Terms supplement the terms applicable to use and purchase of the app through Apple and do not replace any mandatory Apple terms or applicable consumer protections.

Some activities may allow users to enter optional notes or record responses such as:

• Correct
• Incorrect
• Prompted
• No Response
• Skip

Go ABA Materials is not intended to serve as a clinical recordkeeping system.

Users should not enter unnecessary personally identifiable, confidential, medical, diagnosis, treatment, or other sensitive learner information into free-text fields.

Users are responsible for information they choose to enter into the app.

Go ABA Materials, including its software, website, branding, interface, original materials, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Big Search Space LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

A subscription provides access to use Go ABA Materials for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the app, its materials, or its intellectual property to the subscriber.

Except where permitted by applicable law, users may not:

• copy or redistribute substantial portions of the app or its material library
• sell or sublicense access to the app
• reproduce app materials for commercial redistribution
• attempt to reverse engineer or improperly access the app or its services
• use the app in a way that interferes with its operation or other users' access

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.

We may update, modify, add, remove, or replace app features, activities, materials, or other content over time.

We do not guarantee that every feature or individual material will remain available indefinitely.

The app may also be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, hosting services, App Store services, internet connectivity, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some Go ABA Materials content and functionality relies on remotely hosted materials or services.

An internet connection may therefore be required for some app functionality.

Go ABA Materials is not advertised or guaranteed as a fully offline application.

Go ABA Materials provides teaching materials and clinician-led practice tools.

We do not guarantee any particular educational, behavioral, clinical, therapeutic, or developmental outcome from using the app.

Results depend on many factors outside the control of Go ABA Materials and Big Search Space LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go ABA Materials is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual learner, teaching program, clinical situation, or purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Big Search Space LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use Go ABA Materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Users remain responsible for professional decisions, learner programming, clinical judgment, and determining the appropriate use of materials or activities.

Go ABA Materials relies on third-party services, including Apple, RevenueCat, and hosted infrastructure providers, to provide portions of its functionality.

Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

Our handling of information associated with Go ABA Materials is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as Go ABA Materials, its subscription offering, or applicable requirements change.

When these Terms are updated, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective is subject to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
